1. What are the differences between your products and the original ones?
Our products look and weight the same as the original prototypes. The main difference is that original Vertu cellphones are made of very expensive materials, such as real gold and true diamonds, while our products are mainly made of hi-end quality metals. But the firmware of our phones is the same as the original Vertu ones. We offer the same functions as the original prototypes and even more.
 
2. Do your phones afford the famous Vertu's Concierge service?
We are sorry, our products cann’t be registered at Vertu HQ in UK, and are not liable for the Concierge service.
 
3.What languages are available at your phones’ menu?
Language availability varies by different models. It depends on the phone you choose. You can see it in each phone's preview.
 
4. Are your phones made of real yellow or white gold?
Our products are gold-plated by new technology, which means that they’re made of hi-end quality metals and covered with a thin layer of real gold.
 
5. Do you provide warranty for your products?

6. How can I pay for my order?

The phones are unlock to work with all GSM Dual Band 900/1800 MHz and Tri Band 900/1800/1900 MHz phone operators. Before purchasing make sure that your operator supports the band specifications for each phone model. All our replica phones are UNLOCKED to work with any operator.
 
17. Will you help me if my local customs office is not willing to clear my phone?
According to our previous experiences, cases like this happen very rarely and can be solved very easily. We are willing to help you to receive your phone as quickly as possible by assisting and providing your local customs office with any information they need Our service team are ready to help you through the whole process.
