We use DHL, UPS and EMS shipping services. We will provide our customers with a tracking number if the order is sent. Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange or refund only for the following reasons:

3Defective or broken goods during the shipping or before shipping

Don’t return the package to the sender. We can’t receive the package if you send them with the sender’s address. You must contact us in advance in order to receive a refund or replacement.
You must return your bag(s) on condition that the bag(s) stays new and unused within 30 days of receipt for refund, and with all tags attached. You must pay for the freight by yourself and provide us with a tracking number for a replacement/refund to be issued.
Special Offer:
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days without any restriction to the reasons. There're some details we should mention here.
If you're not satisfied with the mobile phone for any reason, there're two choices for you to pick.
1. If you want to return the mobile phone for an exchange, you should pay for the freight by yourself, maybe about $50.

We are going to process and ship your order within 24-36 hours once we get your payment.
